There’s a lot of hype, especially on the internet, about programs that pay instantly into your bank account. All you have to do is enroll, pay the fee and they’ll do all the work for you while you earn income with little to no effort. I recently spent some time working with a woman who became involved in just such a program. In exchange for signing up and paying a “small fee” (it was close to $500), this company would allow her to send them leads from businesses in her area that might be interested in buying their product. All she had to do was get the contact information and the company would do all of the work on making the sale. When they did, she would get a commission on each unit of product sold.

After sending them over 1,000 leads not one single follow up had been done. So not one single sale had been made and she hadn’t made a dime four months later. In the mean time, however, they had convinced her to pay $2,000 for an upgrade promising again that this was the way to make all the big money in the program.

Ask yourself this question: why would this company need to pay commission to someone just for getting an address and telephone number for a business? They can easily get this information themselves with little or no cost. But this company pocketed a cool $2,400 and did very little to get it. What they actually sold her was the dream, the idea, that she could make thousands of dollars in profit with very little effort.

Simply put, it’s a system that is created to build residual passive income over time. That means you have to invest in the knowledge, tools, skills and time it will take to build a business that will pay you over and over again for work you do one time. That’s the autopilot piece of the system. Nothing in the name states or even implies that it’s an overnight process. This is where many people get disillusioned and give up.

If you do not have to proper expectations, you’ll only end up being disappointed. But it’s absolutely possible for anyone, no matter your background, education level, financial situation, or starting point to create your own.

Now that you understand that it takes time and work to create your own autopilot money system, how should you get started?  One option is to create one from scratch. The challenge here is that if you’re technically challenged (like I am), you won’t have the slightest clue how to do it. Also, it will take time just to develop thus taking you longer to reach the residual goal you’re going for – which costs you money.

Another option is to use a system that already exists that you simply plug into, follow the direction of people who’ve already mastered the process and get busy marketing. It’s a lot easier, more enjoyable and in the long run much, much less expensive to use a system that already exists so you can jump start the money-making process.
